CHARLESTON COUNTY – This fall, Starlight Yoga returns to Charleston County Parks, offering a unique opportunity to practice yoga under the moon and stars. The next session will take place on Thursday, October 17, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. at Wannamaker County Park in North Charleston.
This evening yoga class welcomes participants of all abilities and fitness levels to enjoy a flowing, inclusive practice set against the peaceful backdrop of the park’s natural beauty. As an added treat, all attendees will receive a special glow-in-the-dark prize to enhance the starlit experience.
Hosted by local instructor Tashi, a passionate advocate for accessibility in yoga, the event is part of a larger Starlight Yoga series continuing through the fall. Tashi, originally from Massachusetts, has been teaching yoga in Charleston since 2017. With a 200-hour registered yoga teacher certification and a background in sociology, she brings a focus on activism, authenticity, and inclusivity to her yoga practice.

Online registration for the event is open now at CharlestonCountyParks.com for $10 per person per session. On-site registration, if space is available, will be $12 per person.
